Evaluation

How can you evaluate success?

Recognising and promoting social and emotional wellness within an organisation  can reduce employee stress and improve their health. However, once you have a workplace wellness program in place how can you measure success and return on investment?

Throughout our lifesttyle ‘induction’ programs we measure process, impact and outcome. Feedback is provided to management, employees and stakeholders so collectively all can learn and reflect from the evaluation, to then reiterate and most the program more rich and robust. Distance Assistance has 5 key evaluation steps.

Let us help you evaluating your wellness program

An evaluation allows you to see the difference the program is making to the health of your employees and your workplace. Based upon the evaluation of goals, objectives and strategies of your action plan data can then be gathered.
